7-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair
Arrive at Port Blair in the morning and transfer to your hotel. After lunch, visit the scenic Corbyn's Cove Beach, a coconut palm-fringed paradise ideal for swimming and sunbathing just 9 km from Port Blair. Later, explore the historic Cellular Jail Museum, followed by an enthralling Sound and Light Show that brings to life the heroic saga of India's freedom struggle.
Day 2: Port Blair to Havelock Island
After breakfast, depart by inter-island ferry to Havelock Island (57 km by sea from Port Blair). Spend your afternoon at the world-famous Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7), named "Best Beach in Asia" by Time magazine in 2004. Enjoy the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters as you watch the sunset over the horizon.
Day 3: Havelock Island Adventures
After breakfast, head to Elephant Beach for an adventurous snorkeling experience. Approach the beach by dunghi (small wooden carved fishing motor boat) and discover the underwater world of vibrant corals and exotic marine life. Don't forget to carry snacks, drinking water, and a change of clothes for this excursion.
Day 4: Havelock to Neil Island
After breakfast, sail to the beautiful Neil Island, a triangular island with lush green surroundings of paddy fields, banana plantations, and tropical trees. Visit Laxmanpur Beach to see the natural bridge formation created by coral deposits. Explore Bharatpur Beach, ideal for snorkeling and glass-bottom boat rides, where you can view beautiful corals and underwater life.
Day 5: Neil Island to Port Blair
After breakfast, return to Port Blair and transfer to your hotel. Later, visit Chidiya Tapu, also known as the 'Sunset Point' of Andaman. This secluded beach offers spectacular sunset views and is home to a variety of birds, making it a paradise for bird watchers and nature lovers.
Day 6: North Bay & Ross Island
Embark on a full-day excursion to North Bay (Coral Island) to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish, and other marine life. Experience the underwater world through glass-bottom boat rides, or enjoy water sports activities like snorkeling, jet ski rides, and sea walks. Later, visit Ross Island, the former administrative headquarters of the British, where you can explore ruins of historic buildings, walk among deer and peacocks, and visit the small museum managed by the Indian Navy.
Day 7: Departure from Port Blair
Morning free for packing and personal activities. Transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying memories of pristine beaches, historical sites, and underwater adventures that will last a lifetime.
